Ryman is a culture and people ops guru with more than four years experience in recruiting and developing AI talent. She currently leads people operations, HR, and talent acquisition for KUNGFU.AI, an artificial intelligence professional services firm. Her interests and expertise lie in emerging tech, AI ethics, remote-first culture building, DEI, and scaling startups through a people-focused lens. She is a graduate from Leadership Austin’s Emerge program, a two-time nominee for Austin Business Journal’s Women in Business, and is a member of Pietschhouse, a collective that showcases diverse and local Austin artists.
