KUNGFU.AI is excited to announce that Paco Nathan, data science and machine learning pioneer, has joined our team as an advisor. Paco has more than 38 years of experience in the tech industry, ranging from Bell Labs to early-stage startups and has deep core expertise in data science, natural language, machine learning, cloud computing. He serves as the Co-chair for JupyterCon, as well as an advisor to Amplify Partners, Recognai and Primer. He was cited in 2015 as one of the Top 30 People in Big Data and Analytics by Innovation Enterprise.
Paco joined the KUNGFU.AI team because he felt a strong sense of alignment with the team and its mission. “So much of the data science and machine learning talent has been hired up by the unicorns, so being able to assemble a team like this says a lot about the mission of the company,” said Paco. KUNGFU.AI’s “real life, low-latency use cases” stood out to Paco because they are “opposite of the herd mentality and are real applications for real-world problems”.
